After speaking with several other builders, our Coquitlam clients met with S.C. Morgan to share their vision for a custom built home that would complement their luxurious lifestyle and meet their entertaining needs.
The resulting design created high functioning living spaces that encourage both intimate and large gatherings, and sit downs in the formal dining room.
This opulent award winning home boasts numerous specialty features including custom built retractable doors that make for seamless indoor/outdoor living, and high-end European appliances, fixtures and fittings throughout. The custom “Old English Bar” on the lower level offers a grand entertainment area complete with a large, bright workout room and a custom wine cellar.
