Complete Renovation of Luxury Waterfront Condominium
Our clients wanted to modernize their traditional 1990’s waterfront home in Coal Harbour. Having been provided full design freedom, S.C. Morgan’s creative team worked closely with the clients to open up the space and take advantage of the breathtaking panoramic views and natural lighting opportunities.
Our team began by removing the partition wall between the kitchen and dining area in the planning phase. During construction, we decided to remove part of the kitchen and hallway wall to further open the space, and provide the hallway and entry areas access to the stunning views. The transformation resulted in a bright, modern and multifunctional space that exudes elegance and timeless sophistication.
